Val di Fassa Bike District × DHaRCO: a partnership born on the trails

After more than 10 years of top-level international events, including the first-ever UCI MTB Enduro World Championships, the Val di Fassa Bike District is now entering a new phase of development. This reflects a renewed vision for the bike destination and an increasingly focused effort on developing the bike product.
Joining this path is the collaboration with DHaRCO, the Australian apparel brand known for its distinctive design and its fast rise within the mountain bike scene.
This is not a traditional sponsorship, but a partnership born from a shared vision: living the bike as experience, culture and freedom, both on and off the trails.
DHaRCO brings to mountain biking a recognisable style and a “rider-first” approach, where the product is shaped by real use and by a genuine connection with the community. It is a way of interpreting the bike that finds an ideal setting in Val di Fassa: authentic trails, a natural environment, and a riding culture built over the years.

A natural meeting point
The collaboration between Val di Fassa Bike District and DHaRCO goes back a long way, even before any formal agreement. Willy’s words clearly explain the origin of this bond: curiosity, research, and attention to what really happens on the trails.

Many years ago, I was among the first in Europe to believe in DHaRCO and bring it here to Val di Fassa. I did not discover it at a trade show or in a catalogue, but by seeing riders wearing it, and I was immediately struck by its style, its attitude and that different way of living the bike. Today, finding that same connection again within the Bike District and having them on board this project is something really special.” — William Basilico Bike Park Manager & Val di Fassa Bike District Consultant

Where the partnership takes shape
DHaRCO will become part of the Val di Fassa Bike District project in a concrete way, joining its day-to-day life and some of its most meaningful moments. From the trails to the work of the teams on the ground, and through to opportunities for meeting people and creating activations during events, the partnership will move across different levels, always with the same goal: to be present where the Bike District truly comes to life.
The WHOOP UCI Enduro World Cup, scheduled in Val di Fassa from 25 to 28 June, will be one of the first moments when this collaboration becomes visible, with activations that will be revealed in the coming weeks.

The partnership with DHaRCO is part of a broader path through which the Val di Fassa Bike District is increasingly shaping a structured and recognisable bike ecosystem. It is a path built with a medium- to long-term vision, starting from a clear choice: to strengthen the bike product in a concrete way by building relationships with realities that share the same vision, sense of responsibility and bike culture.” — Nicolò Weiss CEO of Val di Fassa Tourism Office & true bike lover.
In this sense, Val di Fassa does not want to be only a venue that hosts, but a destination capable of co-designing its own development together with the right partners.
